John Day Fossil Beds National Monument

On May 12, 2014, BB, Henri and I toured the Painted Hills unit and the Sheep Rock unit of the John Day Fossil Beds National Monument.  The monument is located in east-central Oregon in Wheeler and Grant Counties, and located along the John Day River.  CLICK HERE for a link to the National Park Service website for this attraction.

If you are in this area, it's well worth a visit!  Stay tuned.
